I've signed up for the Vegan MoFo starting on November 1st. I'm very excited to be joining vegans from all over the world blogging their way through November about all things vegan. I'm still working out my plan of campaign - I imagine there will be some slowcooker recipes, some baking, plus a lot of soups and stews as it's feeling pretty chilly here in Scotland.
